How can I make a purchase?
-You may go to the "Home" page, and make your selection(s). Click on the product photo to enlarge, and click the "add to cart" button. You will be directed to PayPal's secured site to complete your order.
How long will it take to receive my order?
-Orders are processed in approximately 72 hours, after processing you will be sent tracking information via the email address provided. Please allow SEVEN to TEN (normally less) business days for all orders to be completed. Shipping and handling will be done via USPS, and orders are shipped once payment is approved. A USPS tracking number will be sent to the email address used for your purchase. Please check spam or other filtered inboxes for your tracking information. Once you receive your tracking number, you may go to the USPS website to add text or email alerts for your package.
What size should I buy?
-All garments come in a variety of sizes however, compression garments run smaller than normal undergarments. Please consider ordering a size larger than your "normal" size in undergarments.
Can I place a special order and customize my sizes?
-Yes. For custom orders please send an email with your special order request via our contact page!
Do you make earrings for non-pierced ears?
-Yes. Most designs can be custom made in a non-pierced version. Please send an inquiry including the name of the earring you would like to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What is your return policy?
-Due to health concerns China Candy Couture is unable to accept any returns or exchanges on merchandise. All underwear/undergarments are considered to be final sale items. In addition, China Candy Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise, all orders are shipped via US Postal Service and a tracking number will be issued for each order to be tracked for delivery. There is no warranty for merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. However, should you have any problems with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package, at the contact page, and we will work diligently with you to resolve the problem.
How can I keep my accessories in good condition?
-The best way to care for your custom accessories, is to keep them in a plastic zip lock bag. Keeping them in plastic will retain its luster, and protect them from being damaged. All items are shipped in cellophane plastic, and we would suggest placing your items in the plastic after each wear. All items are made by hand and this merchandise should be treated as beautifully as they look. Do not drop them or hit hard against anything. There is no warranty for broken or damaged merchandise.
Do you have international shipping?
-No. Unfortunately we are only shipping in the United States currently.
